The time of prayer, also known as Salat Times, is determined by the position of the sun. Different prayer times are determined by the sun's varying positions throughout the day. Prayer, or Salah, is an obligatory act of Islam known as Fardh. It is mandatory for every Muslim to perform the daily prayers five times a day at specific times. Prayer is one of the five pillars of Islam.

• The first prayer, known as Fajr prayer, takes place in the early morning from Subhe sadik until sunrise.
